“I would definitely recommend the Science and Technology workshops… It was so cool to be exposed to the lab equipment and techniques that the Boston College labs had access to, and the seminars each day didn’t require much prior knowledge so they were easy to understand. We performed experiments in the Boston College Science labs relating to genetics, forensics, and psychology. Even today, I remember things I learned in that program. Specifically, the work we did with neural imaging comes to mind – we stuck nodes to a person’s head (Elisa Crawley (MAHS ‘13, actually) and had her do different tasks 至 measure electrical output in her brain. I remember thinking in the moment that I was really interested in neuroscience, a thought which resurfaced later as I am not a Cognitive & Brain Sciences Major (and an English Major, as well!). “伊莎贝拉kahhale '13，塔夫茨大学'17
